How to Use
Redemption Instructions (EN)
- Click Redeem and log in using your MLB.com email and password.
- If you do not have an account, click Sign in to My Rangers Tickets → Sign Up and create one using your email address.
- Once logged in, select Vouchers from the left-hand menu.
- Enter your voucher code(s) in the Enter Voucher Code box and click Add.
- Codes are case-sensitive (use exact uppercase letters, numbers, and dashes).
- Repeat for each code.
- After adding your code(s), select the event labeled “2026 NTTA Voucher.”
- Click Voucher Actions → Redeem.
- Select the voucher(s) you want to use and click Continue.
- To use vouchers for different games, complete separate transactions for each.
- Choose your preferred game from the list of eligible events.
- Select your seats from the highlighted sections (301–324, 233–239) or choose Best Available.
- Review your selection, check the agreement box, and click Place Order.
- Your tickets will be available in the MLB Ballpark app on your smartphone.
- If you do not have the app, download it.
- Use the same email and password as your My Rangers Tickets account.
- For assistance with voucher redemption or the MLB Ballpark app, call 817-533-1628.
Mobile Users:
Follow the same steps above. To access vouchers, tap the menu (top right) → My Tickets → Vouchers.
Note: Premier games (including select high-demand opponents like the Yankees, Dodgers, and Astros) are excluded. Availability is limited—grab your ticket and cheer on the Rangers!
