Offer valid exclusively for TollPerks members at participating Lindora Preston Forest. Members must present their TollPerks offer at the time of booking or check-in to redeem.

This promotion entitles the member to purchase one NAD+ therapy session (100mg, 200mg, or 300mg) at the regular price and receive a second NAD+ therapy session at 50% off. The discounted session must be of equal or lesser value than the purchased session.

Offer is valid for new NAD+ therapy clients only. A consultation and medical clearance may be required prior to treatment, and all services are subject to medical provider approval.

The second session may be used by the same individual or shared with a friend or family member.

  • If the second session is shared with a friend or family member, both individuals must receive their sessions during the same visit.

  • If the same individual is using the second session, the second session may be scheduled for a later date.

The second session must be used within 10 days of the first session.

Limit one promotion per TollPerks member. Offer may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, packages, memberships, or special pricing.
