How to Enter: Special Promotions Sweepstakes must be entered by redeeming for a Special Promotion entry using your TollPerks points. A redemption of this reward type signifies your chance to enter to win the corresponding Special Promotions prize. The entry must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements, as specified in the TollPerks program terms and conditions, to be eligible to win. Mail entries must include a self-addressed stamped envelope for return notification. Mailed in entries that do not comply with the above will not be entered and will be automatically void. Points: The TollPerks points have no cash value.
Prize: There will be one prize (“Prize”) consisting of four (4) tickets and four (4) pre-game hospitality passes to four home games of the 2025 University of North Texas football season.
Schedule subject to change. Winner must have a NTTA TollTag account in good standing, Sponsor reserves the right to verify that the Winner has an NTTA TollTag account in good standing to receive Prize. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Five Hundred US Dollars ($500.00
USD). Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any portion of the Prize for one of equal or greater value. The winner may not request Prize substitution. Prize is non-transferable and may not be claimed or used by any person other than the Winner. By accepting the Prize, the Winner agrees that Sponsor, the Administrator and/or their designees may use his/her name,
voice, photograph, likeness, address (city and state), biographical information, Prize
information and/or statements about this Promotion for advertising and publicity purposes in all media worldwide at the discretion of the Sponsor and/or Administrator without limitation, further compensation or notice. Any portion of the Prize not accepted by Winner will be forfeited. Ticket portion of the Prize must be taken within the allotted time frame or it may be forfeited. Federal, state, and local taxes on Prize and any expenses relating to the acceptance of
and use of Prize not specified herein are the responsibility of Winner. Except as otherwise set forth herein, travel, transportation, parking, lodging, meals, and any and all other costs or expenses not expressly included in these Official Rules are not included in the Prize. Winner is responsible for all gratuities, transportation, lodging, and any other incidental costs or expenses not identified in these Official Rules. Winner agrees that acceptance of the prize is done so
entirely upon their own initiative, risk and responsibility. ARV is as of the time the rules were printed, and the value of the Prize may fluctuate. A Winner is not entitled to any difference between the ARV and the actual value of the Prize at the time the Prize is awarded.
