Tolling Credit Giveaway Sponsored by the Dallas Cowboys

Terms and Conditions: Special Promotions Period: Entries for this Special Promotion will be accepted online starting on or about August 6, 2025, and ending on November 1, 2025, all online entries must be received by November 1, 2025, 11:59PM EST.

How to Enter: Special Promotions Sweepstakes must be entered by redeeming for a Special Promotion entry using your TollPerks points. A redemption of this reward type signifies your chance to enter to win the corresponding Special Promotions prize. The entry must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements, as specified in the TollPerks program terms and conditions, to be eligible to win. Entries that do not adhere to those rules or any Special Promotions terms may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Toll Road Marketing or the NTTA. You must fill in the information requested prior to receiving your prize.

If you do not have any TollPerks points and would like to enter, you will be required to mail in a single entry to the address below which must be postmarked prior to the Special Promotions Period ending date and time as displayed on the special promotion on https://tollperks.com.

Mail entries must include a self-addressed stamped envelope for return notification. Mailed in entries that do not comply with the above will not be entered and will be automatically void.

Points: The TollPerk points have no cash value.

Prizes: Five TollPerks members will win a $200 toll credit (for a total value of $1,000) sponsored by The Dallas Cowboys. Winners must have a NTTA TollTag account in good standing, Sponsor reserves the right to verify that the Winners have an NTTA TollTag account in good standing to receive Tolling Credit Prize. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Tolling Credit Prize is $200 dollars for a combined total of $1,000. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any portion of the Tolling Credit Prize for one of equal or greater value. The winner may not request Tolling Credit Prize substitution. Tolling Credit Prize is non-transferable and may not be claimed or used by any person other than the Winners. By accepting the Tolling Credit Prize, Winners agree that Sponsor, the Administrator and/or their designees may use his/her name, voice, photograph, likeness, address (city and state), biographical information, Tolling Credit Prize information and/or statements about this Promotion for advertising and publicity purposes in all media worldwide at the discretion of the Sponsor and/or Administrator without limitation, further compensation or notice. Any portion of the Tolling Credit Prize not accepted by Winners will be forfeited. Federal, state, and local taxes on Tolling Credit Prize and any expenses relating to the acceptance of and use of Tolling Credit Prize not specified herein are the responsibility of Winner. Tolling Credit Prize winners are responsible for any other incidental costs or expenses not identified in these Official Rules. Winner(s) agree that acceptance of the prize is done so entirely upon their own initiative, risk and responsibility. ARV is as of the time the rules were printed and the value of a Tolling Credit Prize may fluctuate. A Winner is not entitled to any difference between the ARV and the actual value of the Tolling Credit Prize at the time the Tolling Credit Prize is awarded.

The TollTag $200 credit will be automatically applied to the winner’s account within 60 days. The credit is paid for and sponsored by the Dallas Cowboys. 

Each Entrant in this Promotion agrees to release and hold harmless each Sponsor, Pro Silver Star, Ltd., NFL Entities (as defined below), ticketing provider, and each of the foregoing’s directors, officers, subsidiaries, affiliates, owners, joint venturers, partners, parent companies, divisions, related entities, employees, agents and representatives, successors and assigns, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Promotion, including without limitation, any prize providers (the “Released Parties”), from and against all loss, liability, damage, injury or claims, related in any way whatsoever in this Promotion, this Official Rules, or the rights, consents and licenses granted to any Released Parties under these Official Rules, including but not limited to mechanical errors and other errors, inaccurate, fraudulent, incomplete, late, lost, misdirected entries; or any delays in delivery of Grand Prize; or bodily injuries, death, losses or damages of any kind, without limitation, that may arise from or in connection with Entrant’s participation in this Promotion or acceptance, possession or use of the Grand Prize, or participation in Grand Prize-related activities.

NFL Entities.  The National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and employees (collectively, the “NFL Entities”) will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Promotion or any prize awarded.  The NFL Entities have not offered or sponsored this Promotion in any way.
