The winner will be notified via email to accept this Reward.  To accept this reward you must provide a W9 prior to receiving the tickets.  A W9 form will be sent to you to complete. The tickets will be transferred via SeatGeek.  A SeatGeek account is required to receive the tickets.

The TollTag credit will be handled by the NTTA.

Terms and Conditions: Special Promotions Period: Entries for this Special Promotion will be accepted online starting on or about July 31st, 2024, and ending on October 28th, 2024, all online entries must be received by October 28th, 2024, 11:59PM EST.

How to Enter: Special Promotions Sweepstakes must be entered by redeeming for a Special Promotion entry using your TollPerks points.  A redemption of this reward type signifies your chance to enter to win the corresponding Special Promotions prize. The entry must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements, as specified in the TollPerks program terms and conditions, to be eligible to win. A full list of Terms and Conditions can be located at https://tollperks.com/terms. Entries that do not adhere to those rules or any Special Promotions terms may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Toll Road Marketing or the NTTA. You may enter only once, and you must fill in the information requested prior to receiving your prize. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Toll Road Marketing.

If you do not have any TollPerks points and would like to enter, you will be required to mail a single entry and send to the address below and postmarked prior to the Special Promotions Period ending date and time as displayed on the special promotion on https://tollperks.com . Only on entry will be accepted for each individual Special Promotion.

Points

The TollPerk points have no cash value.

Grand Prize:  There will be one (1) grand prize package (the “Grand Prize”) consisting of one (1) One Thousand Dollar Toll Credit applied to the Winner’s NTTA official TollTag account.  Winner must have a NTTA TollTag account in good standing, Sponsor reserves the right to verify that the Winner has an NTTA TollTag account in good standing to receive the toll credit; and four (4) tickets to the Dallas Cowboys home game on November 10th, 2024, schedule subject to change. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of One Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty US Dollars ($1,750.00 USD).  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any portion of the Grand Prize for one of equal or greater value.  Winner may not request Grand Prize substitution.  Grand Prize is non-transferable and may not be claimed or used by any person other than the Winner.  By accepting the Grand Prize, the Winner agrees that Sponsor, the Administrator and/or their designees may use his/her name, voice, photograph, likeness, address (city and state), biographical information, Grand Prize information and/or statements about this Promotion for advertising and publicity purposes in all media worldwide at the discretion of the Sponsor and/or Administrator without limitation, further compensation or notice.  Any portion of Grand Prize not accepted by Winner will be forfeited.  Ticket portion of Grand Prize must be taken November 10, 2024, or it may be forfeited. Federal, state, and local taxes on Grand Prize and any expenses relating to the acceptance of and use of Grand Prize not specified herein are the responsibility of Winner.  Except as otherwise set forth herein, travel, transportation, parking, lodging, meals, and any and all other costs or expenses not expressly included in these Official Rules are not included in a Grand Prize. Grand Prize winner is responsible for all gratuities, transportation, lodging, and any other incidental costs or expenses not identified in these Official Rules.  Winner agrees that acceptance of the prize is done so entirely upon their own initiative, risk and responsibility.  ARV is as of the time the rules were printed and the value of a Grand Prize may fluctuate. A Winner is not entitled to any difference between the ARV and the actual value of the Grand Prize at the time the Grand Prize is awarded.  

NFL Entities.  The National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and employees (collectively, the “NFL Entities”) will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Promotion or any prize awarded.  The NFL Entities have not offered or sponsored this Promotion in any way.
