How to Use

If you are selected. as the winner of the Reward, a Frisco Rough Rider representative will contact you via email to coordinate your event. Please allow up to 48 hours for correspondence.  If you have not been contacted within 48 hours please reach out to RoughRiders representative Tom Baker at 972-334-1935. 

A W9 Form will be required to be completed prior to booking the event.

Valid for the July 6th game only.  In the event of a rain out, the RoughRiders will work with you to schudule the your Suite for the makeup date.  All food and drink orders are fulfilled by the Frisco Rough Riders and are not affiiated with the NTTA or TollPerks.

Special Promotions Period: Entries for this Special Promotion will be accepted online starting on or about May 30th, 2024, and ending on June 28th, 2024, all online entries must be received by Month/Day, 2024, 11:59PM EST.

 

How to Enter: Special Promotions Sweepstakes must be entered by redeeming for a Special Promotion entry using your TollPerks points.  A redemption of this reward type signifies your chance to enter to win the corresponding Special Promotions prize. The entry must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements, as specified in the TollPerks program terms and conditions, to be eligible to win. A full list of Terms and Conditions can be located at TollPerks.com/terms. Entries that do not adhere to those rules or any Special Promotions terms may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Toll Road Marketing or the NTTA. You may enter only once, and you must fill in the information requested prior to receiving your prize. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Toll Road Marketing.

If you do not have any TollPerks points and would like to enter, you will be required to mail a single entry and send to the address below and postmarked prior to the Special Promotions Period ending date and time as displayed on the special promotion on TollPerks.com. Only on entry will be accepted for each individual Special Promotion.

Mail entries must include self-addressed stamped envelope for return notification. Mailed in entries that do not comply with the above will not be entered and will be automatically void.

For Prizes that have a value greater than $600 – a W-9 Form will be required to be completed and submitted to TollRoad Marketing before the prize can be awarded.

The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor's discretion. The prize is nontransferable. All prize related expenses, including without limitation all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Toll Road Marketing to use winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

 

Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received within the specified time displayed within each special promotion. The number of entries for this promotion will be 1 in 2500.

 

Winner selection and notification: Winners of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. Winners will be notified via email to their TollPerks email address within five (5) business days following the winner selection. Toll Road Marketing shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winners' spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 72 hours from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.

ALL Potential Special Promotion winners are subject to verification by Sponsor or Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Special Promotion prize. An Entrant is not a winner of any Special Promotion, even if the Special Promotion prize should so indicate or even if entrant receives an email message saying he or she won, unless and until entrant’s eligibity, and the potential Special Promotion prize winner has been verified and entrant has been notified that verification is complete. Sponsor will not accept screen shots or other evidence of winning in lieu of its validation process. Any play that occurs after The Special Promotion system has failed for any reason is deemed a defective entry, is void, and will not be honored.
