Since 2009, we’ve offered 100% private, customized workout sessions so you can live a life that you love. We're an exercise studio for busy professionals & individuals that appreciate privacy. We have our own technique - steadypace®️ - so clients only need to see us once or twice a week for 30 minutes to achieve their fitness goals. Whether it is to increase energy, lose body fat, gain & tone muscle, enhance sleep quality, take less medication, reduce joint pain, improve health or any other, each session is 100% private, with only you & your certified trainer working on your goals.

How to Use

Our exclusive TollPerks offer is Two (2) FREE Private Training Sessions (The first visit consists of a 30-minute health/fitness assessment plus a 30-minute, private, personal training session - The second visit consists of another 30-minute, private, personal training session on a separate date). One reward per person. May purchase additional rewards as gifts. Must present reward redemption voucher upon arrival on the first visit to receive the reward. May not be combined with any other offer or discount. If you cancel or re-schedule with less than 24 hrs in advance, a $25 fee will apply.
